NEXT MEETING is 10-01-09 and is at the shoot site with dinner, $3, at 6:30 PM and the meeting at 7 PM.

NEXT SHOOT is 10-11-09 at the range. Lunch and events are $3.

MEETING 09-03-09

Dave I called the meeting to order at 7:15 PM.

Roll Call: Bob, Duane, Jim, William, Scott, John, Roger, Jan, Dave I, Ron, and Charlie.

Dave I asked if the minutes be accepted. Charlie and William said no, as there were inaccuracies in the report. Charlie said that Pat was not doing the squirrel camp, and William said that although his hunt club has gone, hunting is allowed on the Gray Fox Farm. The minutes would be so amended, and Jan motioned the minutes be accepted, and John seconded. The ayes were unanimous.

President’s report – There was no report.

Vice President’s report – Roger said that for Archery Dave A was first and Dave I was second and John for third. John was first for Hawk and Knife. Dave A was first for smoothbore, and Dave I was second. John was first for rifle.

Treasurer’s report – There was no report.

Secretary’s report – There was no report.

OLD BUSINESS

John discussed the Tall Timber Hunting Youth Day on 09-12-09. Coming are Duane, John, Bob, Dave I, Jim, Bob, Charlie, and Ron. There will be a ticket for lunch.

Charlie discussed the Club Rendezvous. Charlie said that Dave A gave tentative dates as being 02-18-10 to 02-23-10.

NEW BUSINESS

Edgar has complications from the operation and is recovering

William will be going to the Eastern, and requested some money to buy prizes. Duane motioned we give William $200, and Jan seconded. The ayes were unanimous except for John’s nay.

John said that Scott M asked to join the club. Everyone thought that was great, but we need the money and application.

At 7:40 PM Dave I asked for a motion to close the meeting and Duane motioned and Jan seconded. Everyone voted aye except for John.
